Share a chat with a link
Create a public, read-only link to a conversation, update it, or turn it off.
Share any conversation with a public, read-only link. Anyone with the link can read it - no account needed - but they can't reply or see anything else in your workspace.
Create a link
- Open the chat.
- Click Share chat at the top.
- Click Create link. The link is created and copied to your clipboard.
- Paste it anywhere - email, Slack, a document.
What's included
- The messages in the chat at the moment you created the link, including artifacts (viewers can preview, copy and download them).
- Not included: your name, your files, your settings or API keys.
Messages you send after sharing stay private. The link shows the chat "as it was on" the date you shared it.
Update the link
To share newer messages, open Share chat again and click Update link. The same URL now shows the latest version.
Stop sharing
Open Share chat and click Delete link. The link stops working for everyone immediately.
Can't share?
If you see "There are no messages to share yet", send at least one message first.
